    We want you to be happy because that makes us happy and we're certain a lot of the times it's not you, it's us. Packages can be returned within 14 days of the order being placed. These 14 days begin once the order has been received. For items purchased in the sale, GIMIK does not offer the possibility of a refund. These items can only be exchanged for another item in the collection or be redeemed for store credit. Shipping costs are not refundable.
