Processing Time

Once you place your order, our team in the shortest time possible gets right to work packing your order. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. If there's a sale or promotion happening, it might take an extra day or two because who doesn't love a good GIMIK deal.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world, but here's a general idea:

Fulfillment times are often determined after checkout however 99 percent of the time shipping often takes between 5 to 9 business days within the United States and similar times in Europe and 14 to 21 business days in other regions.

Tracking Your Order

Once checkout is complete and the order has been placed, tracking information will be sent to the provided email address where you can then follow its journey to your doorstep.

Order Delays

We know waiting is hard, but sometimes things happen( storms, holidays, alien invasions- who knows?). If your order is delayed, we will do everything in our p0wer to get it to you as soon as possible to ensure the seamless GIMIK experience is upheld.

We want you to love GIMIK goodies as much as we do, but if something's not quite right, w e want you to be assured that we've got your back! Here's how returns work around here:

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? Accidentally bought the same item twice? No worries! You can return or exchange any item within 21 days of receiving your order.

Just make sure it's:

Unopened and Unused(For Non-Defective Items)-we can't take back items that have been loved a little too much.
In it's original packaging-basically the way you got it.

Maintain the product receipt or information-because we like to keep things official.

Changed your mind? No problem. If you’d like to return an item, just head over to our website and hit the chat button in the bottom corner.

Leave us a quick message with your order number and reason for return or proceed to the return link in the shipment email and fill in the relevant information and we’ll take it from there.

Returns must be:

Requested within 21 days of delivery.
In original condition and packaging.

Weight Conditions
To protect both you and our team, all returns are verified by weight. The returned package must closely match the weight of the original shipment. A discrepancy greater than 10%(e.g missing parts or empty boxes)may result in denial or require further investigation.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

As much as we'd love to take everything back, some items are not returnable, like:

Sale Items(because those are already a sweet deal)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong thing(hey, it happens), don't stress! Follow the returns link in your shipment email or send us a message on our chat box on the bottom left corner of your GIMIK home page within 7 days of receiving your order accompanied by picture or video evidence and we'll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
